Our childhood experiences shape our views about ourselves and the world. These experiences can be accompanied by emotional pain, which is registered in our cellular memory. How we appraise current reality triggers pain that is already there. We are responsible for our own healing and have the power to change our belief systems and heal our emotional scars.Within our therapeutic work, I will help you understand your story, how this story impacts you in the here and now and how it has shaped your belief systems on a conscious and subconscious level. Together, we will explore and process your story, begin to create a new set of belief systems and help you heal emotional pain with the use of mind-body interventions such as NET and hypnosis.
